In a Facebook post, he said he had taken the train from KL Sentral to the Bandar Tasik Selatan station and also surveyed the situation at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Kuala Lumpur.
“I’ve received a lot of feedback from social media users on the KTM Komuter’s service and issues with the printing of bus tickets at TBS.

Loke added that he would be meeting the TBS management to ensure it was prepared to handle a larger number of passengers during weekends and festive seasons.
Two days after being sworn in as transport minister, Loke had gone on an unannounced ride to monitor the LRT Kelana Jaya line services from 5pm to 7pm on Dec 5.
Describing the trains as being “very congested and uncomfortable”, he said he would be meeting top executives from rail operator Prasarana.
