KOTA BHARU: Barisan Nasional’s (BN) candidate for Ketereh, Marzuani Ardila Ariffin, today received a boost when the former MP for Ketereh, Annuar Musa came to support her as she filled out her form as a candidate in the 15th general election (GE15).
The 39-year-old Kelantan Puteri Umno chief said Annuar would remain as her biggest role model in politics.
“Having him here today is really a morale booster for me.
“I have learned a lot from him throughout my political career, especially under his leadership in the Ketereh parliamentary constituency and I will definitely put all that I have learned to good use in GE15,” she told Bernama.
Elaborating, Marzuani Ardila, who is also Ketereh Puteri Umno chief, said she had known Annuar since 2006.
“He is like a father to me… he is my idol. I referred everything to him. When I received the offer (to contest), I even asked for his opinion, discussed the offer with him and sought his blessing and guidance,” she added.
