PORT DICKSON: Mara is going all out to help students master the English language with the launch of its Gear Up programme to help secondary school leavers to master English before furthering their studies at universities.
Negeri Sembilan Mara director Zahrail Affenday Mohamed said that the 93 students were involved in the “Get Ready For University Programme” in collaboration with UCSI University.
The students, from over 10 secondary schools in Seremban and Port Dickson, took part in the programme for three days from last Friday.
He said the programme was formulated to boost students’ mastery of English especially in communication skills.
