
Of this, 1,195 cases were in Category 1 and 2, and 734 in Category 3, 4 and 5.
Sabah had the highest number of new admissions with 1,682 cases, followed by Johor (1,616) and Kedah (1,208).

In terms of the total capacity of public hospitals for both Covid-19 and non-Covid-19 patients, non-critical beds were at 67% while 60% of ICUs were in use.
Five clusters were also reported yesterday.
