PETALING JAYA: Former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin tested positive this morning for Covid-19 after undergoing a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test.
In a Facebook post, the Perikatan Nasional chairman said he was only experiencing light symptoms and was in good condition.
“According to the health ministry’s protocol, I will undergo self-quarantine at home. To anyone who might be a close contact of mine, I advise you to comply with the protocol set by the ministry.
“Please pray for the health of my family as well as mine,” said the Bersatu president.
