PETALING JAYA:
Covid-19 booster vaccinations will be available to all aged 18 and above at four integrated vaccination centres (PPV) in the Klang Valley beginning tomorrow.

The four PPVs are the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL), Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil, Ideal Convention Centre in Shah Alam and Dewan Soka Gakkai in Klang.

In a statement today, the health ministry said the vaccine given at the four PPVs is AstraZeneca.

“The vaccine given at the PPVs in the Klang Valley is the AstraZeneca vaccine. However, the Pfizer vaccine will also be available for certain individuals, such as pregnant women or for those who have contraindications to AstraZeneca,” it said.

The ministry added that people who wished to get their booster vaccines through walk-ins must ensure they complete the digital survey on their MySejahtera mobile application before attending.

Walk-ins for booster vaccines were previously only available for senior citizens, aged 60 and above.
