Water supply in 83 areas in Klang Valley to be restored tomorrow night

Air Selangor said repair work on the burst pipe in Sungai Buloh has been completed and water will be supplied as soon as the system stabilises.

KUALA LUMPUR:
Water supply, which was disrupted by a burst pipe in Sungai Buloh, is expected to be fully restored in stages in 83 areas in Gombak, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur by 9pm tomorrow.

Air Selangor Sdn Bhd said in a statement that repair work on the burst pipe at the Bukit Indah Industrial Park, Sungai Buloh, had been completed at 9.30pm.

Water supply, it said, would be restored in stages to consumers once the system had stabilised.

In the meantime, water tankers will continue to be mobilised to provide water supply to the affected users.

Air Selangor will continue to provide updates to consumers via its social media accounts. People can also call the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300.
