PETALING JAYA: Perak police are investigating a viral video that shows students repeatedly punching a classmate in the stomach.
The video, which was posted on various social media platforms, shows a group of boys appearing to take turns hitting a fellow student and smiling when he doubles over in pain.
Contacted by FMT, Perak police chief Mior Faridalathrash said the matter was being looked into.
It is understood that the video was taken at a boarding school in Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
The education ministry has been contacted for comment.
