And only those who are fully vaccinated are allowed to enter.

This was revealed by deputy youth and sports minister Ti Lian Ker, who said that gyms that choose to reopen would need to adhere to existing Covid-19 SOPs, The Star reported.
Speaking to reporters in Ipoh today, Ti said the basic SOPs of physical distancing, wearing of face mask, use of hand sanitisers, and ensuring all equipment are constantly sanitised, must be complied with.
“Operators and staff need to be fully vaccinated before their premises can resume operations. The gyms are also only open to patrons who are fully vaccinated,” he said, adding that additional SOPs would be established for these premises.
“Once the SOP has been gazetted and published, the operators are allowed to open.”
Previously, health minister Khairy Jamaluddin had said ventilation guidelines would be developed in collaboration with the National Security Council (MKN) for gyms.
However, according to the English daily, Ti said these “initial concerns” had since been resolved.
Since last week, indoor sports have been allowed to operate in all states, and just yesterday outdoor contact sports were allowed to resume with “full supervision,” which excluded public parks.
