In a tweet, Ain’s father, Saiful Nizam Abdul Wahab, said they would be accompanied by lawyer Sankara Nair as well as opposition MPs Maria Chin Abdullah and Teresa Kok.
In a separate tweet, Ain said they had been summoned because of a report made by the teacher alleged to have made the inappropriate comments.
Earlier today, The Star reported Sungai Buloh police chief Shafa’aton Abu Bakar as saying that they had received a “No Further Action” notice from the deputy public prosecutor on the case.

Nair, when contacted, said police should have informed his clients of the laws that they were using to get their statements.
“That would have made it easier for me to advise them before they give their statements.
“I will be present with my clients when they give their statements.”
Yesterday, Ain was hit with a RM1 million defamation suit by the teacher alleged to have made the rape joke.
Ain, who was pivotal in getting the #MakeSchoolASaferPlace hashtag to trend on social media, claimed in April that her school’s physical fitness and health education teacher jokingly encouraged his students at SMK Puncak Alam, Selangor, to commit rape.
After news of this went viral, the education ministry said the teacher had been transferred to the state education department.
