He, along with three other cops and four women, were arrested in the raid that also saw alcohol and drugs seized.

Four police officers, including the police station chief, were arrested on Tuesday night following a raid on the party.
PETALING JAYA:
The police station chief who was arrested for his involvement in a “wild party” held inside the police station on Tuesday, has now tested positive for marijuana.

Bukit Aman’s integrity and standards compliance department (JIPS) director Azri Ahmad told Sinar Harian the officer has been suspended as of today.

“(He) was also remanded for two days to assist in the investigation while the other seven (who were arrested at the party) were released on police bail.”

According to Azri, the results were obtained after the eight individuals who had been arrested at the party underwent a urine test.

An investigation will be carried out on them by the Kajang district police headquarters over offences related to drug usage and violations of Covid-19 SOPs, while JIPS is conducting an investigation of its own.

Yesterday, it was reported that four police officers including the sub-inspector in charge of a police station were arrested while partying in a room at the police station in Kajang district, along with four civilian women between the ages of 21 and 37 on Tuesday night.

During the raid, the suspects were found dancing and singing in the room located on the second floor of the station. They were believed to have consumed alcohol and ketum water.

According to the report, the room was fitted with spinning lights to replicate a disco-like atmosphere. The raiding party seized the lights along with bottles of alcohol, a loudspeaker, an audio system, a recorder, microphones and a TV.

Also confiscated were five bottles of ketum water and pornographic pictures of one of the policemen with a woman.
