
In a statement, he said four of them were linked to the education sector, three each were workplace and community clusters while one involved a high-risk group.
Three clusters were detected in Selangor, and one each in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kelantan, Johor, Sarawak, Melaka, Kedah and Negeri Sembilan.

The new clusters are:
Selangor
- Jalan Puchong – an education institution cluster involving Sepang and Petaling. The index case was detected on April 12 after a screening of symptomatic individuals. This cluster involves students and personnel of a school in Jalan Puchong. 235 people were screened, 21 tested positive.
- Persiaran Setia Murni – an education institution cluster involving Petaling, Kuala Selangor and Klang. The index case was detected on April 9 after a screening of symptomatic individuals. This cluster involves students and personnel of a school in Setia Alam. 493 people were screened, 14 tested positive.
- Jalan Sejati – an education institution cluster involving Gombak and Sepang. The index case was detected yesterday after a screening of symptomatic individuals. This cluster involves students and personnel of a learning institution in Batu Caves. 96 people were screened, 42 tested positive.
Penang
- Cangkat Minden – an education cluster in Timur Laut. The index case was detected on April 21 after suffering from influenza-like illness. This cluster involves an education centre in Gelugor. 79 people were screened, 14 tested positive.
Kelantan
- Jalan Padang Tembak – a workplace cluster involving Kota Bharu and Bachok in Kelantan. The index case was detected on April 22 after a screening of symptomatic individuals. This cluster involved factory workers in Jalan Padang Tembak. 151 people were screened, 37 tested positive.
Johor
- Jalan Kempas Muar – a workplace cluster in Muar. Positive cases were found on April 25 after a targeted screening of factory workers in Jalan Kempas. 452 people were screened, 67 tested positive.
Melaka
- Teknologi Ayer Keroh – a workplace cluster involving Melaka Tengah, Jasin and Alor Gajah. Positive cases were found on April 25 after a targeted screening of factory workers at the Air Keroh Phase IV industrial area. 320 people were screened, 21 tested positive.
Sarawak
- Sungai Tuah – a community cluster in Kanowit. The index case was detected on April 18 after a screening of symptomatic individuals. 83 people were screened, 31 tested positive.
Kuala Lumpur
- Bandar Baru Sentul – a community cluster in Kepong. The index case was detected on April 26 after a screening of symptomatic individuals. 26 people were screened, 12 tested positive.
Kedah
- Akar Peluru – a community cluster involving Kota Setar, Pendang and Yan. The index case was detected on April 20 after a screening of symptomatic individuals. 52 people were screened, 16 tested positive.
Negeri Sembilan
- Jalan Bukit Emas – a high-risk group cluster in Seremban. The index case was detected on April 26 after a screening of symptomatic individuals. This cluster involves residents and personnel of a centre for the elderly in Taman Bukit Emas. 22 people were screened, 19 tested positive.
Meanwhile, Noor Hisham said two clusters officially ended today, namely Subang Industri and Tanjung Construction Site.
