
Sng and Choong are both MPs, representing Julau and Tebrau respectively. They were elected in the 2018 general election.
PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said the decision against the two was made at the monthly meeting of the party’s leadership council today.
“The council also discussed the legal action that will be taken against those who contested on PKR tickets, but betrayed the people’s mandate and have left the party,” he said in a statement today.
