“This is the second day after getting the Covid-19 vaccine shot. So far, everything is going well. I have no fever,” he said in a video posted on his Facebook page.
Muhyiddin added that his second dose of the vaccine will be administered on March 17. He said all Covid-19 vaccine beneficiaries will get the certificate of immunisation only after the completion of the second dose.
Further, he urged members of the public to come forward and register for the Covid-19 vaccination programme through the MySejahtera app.
Muhyiddin became the first person in Malaysia to receive the Covid-19 vaccine, as the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme kicked off yesterday.
He was given the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at the Putrajaya district health office.
