Selangor acting police chief Arjunaidi Mohamed confirmed the arrest under Section 354 of the Penal Code for criminal outrage of modesty of a person.

However, he declined to reveal further details on the government agency involved, saying that more details on the investigation would be revealed in due time.

According to news reports, the woman told police that the man was alleged to have brought her into a room in the office and asked for a massage.

She alleged that he later asked her to strip but when she refused, the suspect physically assaulted her and forced her to perform oral sex on him.

Meanwhile, in a statement released this afternoon, Klang Selatan district police chief Shamsul Amar Ramli said the 35-year-old suspect was released after the investigating officer had completed the probe.

“Police are currently preparing an investigation paper and it will be referred to the public prosecutor for further action,” he said.
