PETALING JAYA: Fuel prices will see another slight increase across the board from Jan 2 until Jan 8, the finance ministry announced today. It will be the eighth straight increase in prices in as many weeks.
Prices for RON97, RON95 will increase by four sen and will retail at RM2.14 and RM1.84 respectively.
Diesel will see an increase of three sen and will retail at RM2.01 per litre.
“The government will continue to monitor the trends of global crude oil prices and take appropriate measures to ensure the continued welfare and well-being of the people,” it said.
