
The infographic lists statistics related to Covid-19 deaths as of Nov 22. There were 335 deaths from the 54,775 people who tested positive so far.
Of those who died due to Covid-19 infection, 65% were men and 35% women. The majority were aged 60 and above, accounting for 64% of the total number of deaths.
The breakdown on the number of deaths by age group are 60-69 (29.9%), 70-79 (20.6%), 50-59 (20%), 80 and above (14%), 40-49 (7.2%), 30-39 (4.5%) and under 30 (3.9%).
About 87% of those who died had at least one underlying health condition, the main condition being high blood pressure (61.4%).
This was followed by diabetes (41.3%), heart disease (24.1%), high cholesterol (19.1%), kidney disease (14.9%), lung disease (10.6%), cancer (4.6%), and liver disease (1.7%).
