PETALING JAYA:
Machines announced that its Mid Valley Megamall outlet will be closed until further notice after one of its employees tested positive for Covid-19 today.

In a statement, Machines said that the employee had not been to work since Oct 8.

The employee had informed them of positive Covid-19 cases in the block of flats where he stayed on Oct 10, with Machines immediately making arrangements for his testing and self-quarantine.

Machines’ statement comes after Mid Valley Megamall yesterday reported a Covid-19 case involving an employee of retailer London Sales Cosmetics Sdn Bhd, whose three outlets at Mid Valley and the Gardens Mall have been closed.

Meanwhile, Fitness First Platinum at AEON Mall Bukit Tinggi, Klang, said it will be shut until further notice after one of its customers tested positive for Covid-19.

In a statement, AEON said the customer last visited Fitness First on Oct 6 from 3.13pm to 4.40pm.
