KOTA KINABALU: PBS candidate Joniston Bangkui is leading in Kiulu, against his closest rival Upko president Wilfred Madius Tangau.
There are 10,887 voters in the constituency.
Tangau, a six-term MP for Tuaran, is contesting a state seat for the first time. He was a nominated member of the previous state assembly and was a state minister in Shafie Apdal’s state cabinet.
