PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will charge a former senior officer of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) with graft tomorrow.

Sabudin Mohd Salleh, who was the senior deputy director for civil engineering and urban transportation at DBKL, will face six charges under the MACC Act.

The anti-graft has not provided details of his case.

In May last year, MACC officers discovered cash worth RM1 million at a house belonging to a senior DBKL officer in Ampang.

It was reported that the officer had accepted bribes from contractors in exchange for awarding contracts for infrastructure works.
