Deputy public prosecutor Muhamad Syeqal Che Murat prosecuted the case against the 13.
The case involves the eviction of 46 families from Wakaf Abdul Cauder to make way for an apartment project.
MAINPP intends to build a 470-unit, 22-storey low-medium cost apartment on the 2.7-acre plot of land.
The evicted families will each be given a 1,000 sq ft home there while the rest will be rented out to low and medium-income earners.
The families have also been given close to RM4,000 in moving out allowance.
The settlers had been paying between RM2 and RM30 as rent to the council over the years.
