Gym goers and men who wear branded clothings are also not straight.

The accompanying article quotes religious preacher Hanafiah Malik, who warned that homosexuality is on the increase in Malaysia. He also blames groups who champion LGBT rights, saying there is an urgent need to stop the trend.
Hanafiah also touched on “khunsa”, which literally means a “hermaphrodite”, or a person with both the male and female genital.
According to Hanafiah, there are many such persons in India and Pakistan, adding that they are religiously sanctioned to undergo surgery to remove one of the genitals, in order to solve their gender ambiguity.
The LGBT has often been lumped together with Muslim liberals and Shia Muslims by Malaysia’s Islamic authorities, who say they are threatening the Muslim society with deviant views.
