According to a report in AsiaOne, Hilton Kuala Lumpur was honoured with awards in the categories of Luxury Business Hotel and Luxury City Hotel. The awards are the 13th and 14th respectively that Hilton Kuala Lumpur has won in 2017.

The World Luxury Hotel Awards are seen as the most prestigious awards in the luxury hotel industry. They are voted on by guests, travellers and key figures in the industry, and bring much international fame and recognition.

“It is an honour to be awarded with not one, but two, prestigious awards of this nature,” said Hilton Kuala Lumpur regional general manager Jamie Mead.

“It is a true reflection of Hilton Kuala Lumpur as the leading hotel in the region and an indicator that we continue to deliver excellence to every one of our guests.”

Last month, Hilton Kuala Lumpur also received two awards at the Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards: Best Business Hotel and Best Lifestyle Hotel.

The five-star hotel has received over 100 awards since opening in 2005.
