“We now face an enemy running mad. This is not any war. This is the vow of a warrior. This is a war we must win, we must uphold the banner. We fight for dignity and race, so we must win the war,” she said in her speech today.
“Here’s a warning from Wanita Umno, as long as our race is harmed, the women will fight you day and night.”
In the keynote address, Shahrizat said women leaders must choose between a successful leader or one who will oppress the Malays.
“On one side you have (Umno president) Najib Razak and the BN leadership which we know so well.
“On the other, a government led by DAP. Are Malaysians willing to surrender the country that we have built for so many years to chauvinist leaders?
“So there are two choices, a BN led by Najib or the opposition led by Lim Kit Siang. Are we willing to see that happen?”
