PETALING JAYA:
A Malaysian cosmetic surgeon is to be brought to the magistrate’s court in Melbourne next month for practising on a suspended licence.

The doctor is alleged to have continued to treat patients after being deregistered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency last August following fears over patient safety, the Herald Sun reported.

The newspaper reported that a dozen women were suing the doctor and the clinic.

The doctor is in trouble over alleged botched facelifts, nose jobs and breast enlargements.

They claim the surgery left them scarred.

The doctor is alleged to be so broke after being suspended that he had to work part-time in restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores.
