KUANTAN: A woman and her nine-year-old son cheated death in a head-on collision involving their Perodua Kancil car and a lorry at KM15 of Jalan Temerloh-Bahau in Bera yesterday.
Zuriah Samsudin, 46, of Jasin, Melaka, suffered a fractured left arm and other injuries while her son, Mohamad Zulzikiri Ihsan Zah, was unhurt in the accident which occurred at about 8am, Bera police chief DSP Mansor Samsudin said.
Zuriah and her son were travelling from Temerloh to Bahau.
