In a statement today, DoctorOnCall.com.my, which was launched last month, said the platform provided patients with access to non-emergency medical care anytime and anywhere, especially from the comfort of their own home.

Designed with a simple and easy-to-use website interface, patients can benefit from the quality service and minimal waiting time of five to seven minutes, it said.

“Within the seclusion of their home, patients can raise concerns about tight-lipped subjects such as sexual health, menstrual disorders, erectile dysfunction, sexually-transmitted diseases (STD) and HIV.

“A flat fee of RM20 will be charged for a consultation. The platform is also built with safe and secure payment integration that supports all major banks and credit cards,” it said.
