In an Instagram message today, the Johor ruler, who is currently in Australia, made known to his followers that he has given the gift of a beautiful playground to the people of Perth.
According to the online post, the “Nature Playground” is located at Sunset Heritage Precinct in Perth and has been described as a “gift to the people of Western Australia”.
The kid’s playground is within the grounds of Perth’s old Sunset Hospital in the suburb of Dalkeith, that the Ruler acquired in May 2015, the message said.

The message also said that West Australian state premier Colin Barnett, was present for the ceremony.
The free-standing plaque has been permanently erected for visitors to view at the playground and reads: “Nature Playground, sponsored by His Majesty Sultan of Johor – a gift to the people of Western Australia – 27 November 2016”.
Also inscribed on the plaque are the emblems of the Johor Royalty and Perth state government respectively.
The online post was accompanied by a montage of photographs of the official ceremony.
