Fuziah said closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera footage showed the incident happened at 11.36pm, Star Online reported.
The video showed the two men stopping in front of the office, looking around, splashing a container of paint on the office front door and fleeing.
The news portal said the premises also housed the office of Teruntum Assemblyman Sim Chon Siang.
Fuziah said there was no note and she had no links with loan sharks.
“This is similar to the incident where the car of (Bersih 2.0 head) Maria Chin Abdullah’s son was splashed with red paint.
“Even though we do not know who did this, we condemn this act as desperate and cowardly.”
Fuziah believed the act was linked to the Pahang leg of the Bersih 5 convoy in Rompin recently as the office was used by the convoy organisers, the report added.
