PETALING JAYA:
A British engineer was fined RM100 in the magistrate’s court in Kuala Lumpur today for losing his temper at and using filthy language on a policeman.

Morgan Aled, 50, pleaded guilty before magistrate Siti Radziah Kamarudin to saying “F*** you, F*** you police.”

The Star Online said the remarks came after the car he and his wife was in was pulled over by a policeman in Jalan Tun H S Lee at 12.30am on July 17.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Nor Diana Nor Azwa asked for a deterrent sentence against the foreigner.

Morgan, who was unrepresented, said: “I am very sorry,” and asked for a fine instead of a jail sentence when pleading for leniency.

He was charged under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act.
