GOMBAK: Deputy inspector-general of police Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay has warned all parties against provocation in the event of a change of government in any of the six states holding polls.
“We have gone through many elections, we are mature enough to stay clear of provocation. Think rationally and avoid being emotional,” he told reporters at the polling centre in SK Klang Gate.
He said the police will not hesitate to act against any anyone who breaks the law.
