AMPANG: Voters in Lembah Jaya are hoping that their next elected representative will solve the issues they face in the area instead of only making “sweet promises”.
A resident hoped the next Lembah Jaya assemblyman would focus on the flood issue, lack of parking space, and traffic congestion in the constituency.
Another Lembah Jaya resident said he hoped the next elected representative would do something about the influx of undocumented migrants who he claimed are working here illegally.
The Lembah Jaya state seat will see a straight fight between the Pakatan Harapan candidate, rapper Syed Ahmad Syed Abdul Rahman Alhadad, who is better known as Altimet, and Perikatan Nasional’s Sharifah Haslizah Syed Ariffin.
