PETALING JAYA: After failing to secure the Ampang parliamentary seat for Perikatan Nasional in GE15, Sasha Lyna Abdul Latif is banking on Azmin Ali’s track record to win the Bukit Antarabangsa state seat.
The Bersatu legal and constitution bureau deputy chairman said she was confident that Azmin’s reputation as the former Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyman for three terms would give her an advantage over PH candidate Kamri Kamarudin and Muda’s Melanie Ting.
Sasha claimed that the majority of voters she met were satisfied with Azmin’s performance, including when he was Selangor menteri besar from 2014 to 2018.
