GEORGE TOWN: DAP’s Batu Lanchang candidate Ong Ah Teong received the endorsement of outgoing assembly speaker Law Choo Kiang, calling Ong a hardworking candidate.
“Ong is not all talk, but a man who puts service above self and worthy of a second term,” the state PKR adviser told a PH ceramah at Perak Road.
Ong won the seat with a thumping 18,208-vote majority in the 2018 polls, beating two others.
