SEREMBAN: BN’s candidate for the Jeram Padang state seat, Zaidy Abdul Kadir, was involved in an accident early this morning.
In a Facebook post, Umno secretary-general Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said that the accident happened at 3:25am along the Pasir Besar-Palong road in Jempol.
It is understood that Zaidy suffered light injuries and is in stable condition while his driver is in critical condition.
Tampin district police chief Anuwal Ab Wahab confirmed the accident and said the police will release a statement shortly.
