The Year of the Tiger promises a bountiful, auspicious year for everyone. But by the third day, you will probably have had all the Mandarin oranges you can stomach.
If you have oranges left over, why not prepare a delicious Mandarin punch? Packed with vitamin C and hesperidin, a compound that works with vitamin C to support healthy collagen formation, this juice is not only delicious but good for you.
This recipe makes two glasses.

- 1 star anise
- 3 slices ginge
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ice

- Divide the spiced water between two glasses. Add some ice and top up with the freshly squeezed Mandarin juice
- Stir a teaspoon of honey into each glass and voila! It’s ready to be served.
