Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • A handful of shrimps
  • 1 block soft tofu
  • Some mint leaves (optional)
  • Equal part water, 70 ml or so
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Begin by cutting the soft tofu into blocks and lay it out in a container.
  • Next, crack open the eggs and beat them with an equal part of water. Don’t forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then, pour the egg mixture into another container before placing the shrimps on top.
  • Cover the container with shrink wrap (or aluminum foil)l and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Finally, top off the dish with mint leaves and serve.
