Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- A handful of shrimps
- 1 block soft tofu
- Some mint leaves (optional)
- Equal part water, 70 ml or so
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Begin by cutting the soft tofu into blocks and lay it out in a container.
- Next, crack open the eggs and beat them with an equal part of water. Don’t forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
- Then, pour the egg mixture into another container before placing the shrimps on top.
- Cover the container with shrink wrap (or aluminum foil)l and steam for 10 minutes.
- Finally, top off the dish with mint leaves and serve.
