
If you’re ever strapped for time after a long day’s work and are in need of a quick fix, then look no further, as this creamy garlic Parmesan fettuccine recipe will do the job just nicely.
The ingredients are everyday items that you probably have at home so you don’t even have to go out to shop.
Although this recipe features fettuccine, you can still use just about any pasta you like, be it linguine, penne or spaghetti. And what’s more, you can whip up this dish in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 340g fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Method
- Cook the fettuccine according to the instructions on the packaging. Don’t forget to drain the fettuccine once it’s cooked.
- Next, heat up a skillet with the olive oil and butter, and then saute the garlic until aromatic or slightly browned.
- Add in the chicken broth and heavy whipping cream and stir until it is mixed well.
- Next, add in the salt and ground black pepper.
- Then, lower the heat and reduce the sauce a little bit before adding the fettuccine.
- Stir everything until it combines well.
- Finally, top the pasta with parsley, Parmesan cheese and squeeze some lemon juice (from the lemon wedges) on the pasta before serving.
