Their “Sajian Warisan Nusantara 2025” is an impressively curated buffet, offering an exquisite selection of delicacies from this region and beyond.
This is the second year the hotel is holding the Ramadan buffet. Now offering over 150 dishes, it promises to be a feast for the senses, with its expansive spread catering to all tastes and preferences.
The buffet is divided into two main sections: an indoor traditional section offering gourmet delights and desserts, as well as a lively outdoor section featuring sumptuous street food in charming hawker-style stalls. Make sure to visit both for an optimal dining experience.
From the moment you enter the venue, you will be greeted by the tantalising aromas of freshly prepared dishes, immediately evoking a sense of anticipation. The hotel’s festive décor and hospitable staff definitely add to the charm of the experience.

One great place to start is “Kerabu and Appetisers”, where a fine selection of local treats, including varieties of acar and bergedil, await.
Nearby are pickles, rojak, gado-gado and even a wide selection of keropok. You’ll also find Roti John, a popular Ramadan bazaar staple, complete with cheese “meleleh” here.
As entrees go, there’s plenty to choose from: Indian, Western, Arabian and Italian.
The grilled chicken thighs with creamy spinach and mushroom sauce is a tasty choice, as is the Portuguese-style baked fish called Apit Pantai Dalam.
Don’t miss the special “Hidangan Kawah Warisan Desa” corner outside, which showcases traditional Malay favourites such as gulai tempoyak ikan patin, nasi minyak kampung, and beef cooked with cili padi.
Make sure to sample the mutton curry, too. Cooked with young jackfruit, this unconventional pairing creates a hearty, exotic treat for the senses.

And don’t miss the specially marinated roast lamb, or kambing golek. Its tender flesh melts in your mouth, and tastes heavenly when enjoyed with barbeque or mustard sauce, as well as garlic thyme mashed potatoes on the side.
The “Telawi” corner, meanwhile, serves up a good selection of Chinese delicacies, including fried loh bak gou, char kway teow, and dim sum.
Another unmissable highlight is the salmon fish head curry, an aromatic dish that beautifully combines the delicate, flaky flesh of this beloved fish with a rich blend of fragrant spices.
Served with eggplant and ladies’ fingers, this spicy dish is best enjoyed with other offerings such as the lamb biryani rice with turmeric egg, mint and cashew nut.

A buffet isn’t a buffet without a well-stocked dessert corner. Luckily, there’s plenty here to end your meal on a sweet note: ais kacang, fresh fruit, ice cream and an array of international desserts.
And if you love nothing better than sipping on a sweet beverage, try the coconut vanilla shake – smooth, refreshing and evocative of sunny, tropical beaches.
The “Lorong Ara” corner showcases popular treats such as bubur kacang hijau, bubur pulut hitam, pengat pisang sago and banana chocolate chip pudding. There’s also a whole section dedicated to Sarawak’s layer cakes.
And for those deep in the Hari Raya mood, there’s a fine selection of festive cookies here, from the famous Almond London to kuih bangkit, cornflake cookies and pineapple tarts. Some treats are even presented in vintage square biscuit tins for a nice nostalgic touch.

Overall, Sajian Warisan Nusantara 2025 is an excellent way to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan with your loved ones, offering a fine selection of fantastic food within a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
Whether savouring familiar favourites or trying something new, diners are sure to experience an extraordinary culinary adventure through the country’s rich and diverse food heritage.
