For folks wishing to celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, a primarily western-inspired menu will delight your taste buds.
Classic seasonal favourites, such as roast turkey, will make its grand appearance alongside other delicious dishes.
Another fowl showing up to dinner is the cherry wood smoked duck, its tantalising aroma living up to its lipsmacking flavours.
Seafood lovers will delight in the baked Norwegian salmon Wellington, the beetroot cured Atlantic salmon as well as the seafood paella, all served fresh from the ocean.
If only red meat will do, the Austrian prime rib with jacket potato as well as the rack of lamb persillade with a pistachio crust awaits you.
Don’t gorge entirely on the mains though! Leave some room for sides – the vanilla-roasted sweet potatoes, garlic-mashed pumpkin, honey glazed chestnuts and grilled jumbo asparagus are too good to resist.
While most of these dishes might seem right at home in European kitchens, there are also Asian dishes to remind you of home and hearth.
Would the crispy fish fillet with a hawthorn berries sauce appeal to you? If not, perhaps the lamb biryani and butter chicken Murgh Makhani might do the job!

These include the traditional Yule log, white forest and maraschino cherry roulade, basil crème brulee as well as mocha, strawberry and chocolate profiteroles.
If you wish to welcome 2023 with a huge feast, Trace is offering a spread made up of international and regional creations, with a Tex Mex quinoa salad served alongside a chickpeas salad. There will also be steaks of every kind available and a herb-rubbed whole chicken.
If you still prefer Asian cuisine, then the assorted maki and wok-fried flat rice noodles with spicy shrimp sauce will fill you up just nice. For dessert, there’s cranberry Gugelhupf and mille feuille vanilla custard.
