That is the question as rumours had recently circulated that the 58-year-old still popular singer had recently tied the knot again.

Well, he finally admitted that he got married but did not wish to discuss it any further, in a WhatsApp message to Harian Metro.

“Yes, I got married, and that is all I am going to say. No need for any more questions,” he was quoted as saying.

Sources told the Bahasa Malaysia daily that Jamal got hitched to a 23-year-old from Kulim, Kedah about two months ago, with the invites limited to family members.

He also denied that a function held at his home last Sunday was part of the wedding celebrations.

“It was a prayer function for my late parents and a pre-Ramadan thanksgiving ceremony, as well as for moving into a new house,” he told Harian Metro.

According to the daily, Jamal’s last marriage was to Fatimatuzahra Samad, whom he divorced on May 15, 2007.

He first got married in 1988, to Basariah Abdul Latiff but they divorced in 1996. His second marriage was to Intan Noraina Mohd Yusof in 2001.
