KYIV: Ukraine’s air force said on Tuesday that it shot down 46 out of 110 Russian drones launched overnight.
The air force said 60 Russian drones were lost in Ukrainian air space and two more left toward Belarus.
Russian forces also used three missiles during the overnight attack, in addition to guided aerial bombs, the air force said.
Kharkiv regional governor Oleh Syniehubov said a late Monday evening attack on the city of Kharkiv had injured three people and damaged windows in 20 residential buildings.
Debris falling in the central Kyiv region also damaged 10 private residences, a garage and a car, according to the regional authorities.
Blasts in the central region of Cherkasy damaged windows of an enterprise and caused a fire on open territory, its governor said.
