CHAMONIX:
Switzerland’s Ramon Zenhaeusern won the men’s World Cup slalom in Chamonix today in a confidence booster ahead of next week’s World Ski Championships.

The Swiss, second fastest down the first run behind France’s Clement Noel, clocked a winning aggregate time of 1.42,94s.

AJ Ginnis laid down the fastest second run to bag second place, at 1.02s, and a first ever podium finish for Greece.
