The 25-year-old Farah, energised by loud cheers at Rizal Memorial Coliseum, topped the field with 48.05 points from four routines.
Farah, who has booked her Tokyo 2020 Olympic berth, started well by amassing 13.55 points in vault and 12.45 in uneven bar but was shaky in balance beam to score only 9.550.
However, she mesmerised everyone with her moves in floor exercise to score 12.50 points and bag her first all-around SEA Games gold, also her 10th medal of the regional meet.
Indonesian Rifda Irfanaluthfi claimed silver with 47.80 points, followed closely by Ing Yueh (46.90).
“The crowd here is amazing, the Filipino people are nice, (I’m) happy and glad to get their support,” Farah told reporters.
She will next compete in individual vault and uneven bar events tomorrow.
Farah has four gold medals from appearing at the last two editions.
