LONDON:
The Football Association (FA) has said a tribute will be paid to the victims of the mass shooting in Christchurch before England’s European Championship qualifier against Czech Republic at Wembley Stadium on Friday.

Fifty people died in the attack on two mosques in New Zealand. Australian Brenton Harrison Tarrant, 28, a suspected white supremacist, has been charged with murder over the shootings.

“We will pay tribute to the victims of the tragedy in New Zealand at the England v Czech Republic match on Friday 22 March,” the FA said in a statement.

“We will remember everyone affected by the terrible events in Christchurch.”
