PETALING JAYA: An Indonesian worker died after being crushed by concrete debris at a construction site in Bukit Mertajam, Penang this evening.
The state fire and rescue department said it was alerted to the incident in Jalan Guar Perahu Indah at about 4pm.
The 27-year-old worker was confirmed dead at the scene after members of the public removed him from under the concrete debris before firefighters arrived.
