35 Negeri Sembilan schools damaged by storm, classes to go online

PETALING JAYA:
Thirty-five schools in Negeri Sembilan have been allowed to hold online classes temporarily after they were damaged in a thunderstorm last night.

The state education department said the heavy rain and strong winds had affected the schools in Tampin, Rembau, Seremban and Port Dickson.

No injuries were reported.

“Repairs will be immediately conducted once the extent of the damage has been evaluated. For now, all the affected schools will hold online classes,” it said in a statement.
