Seputeh fire and rescue station chief Armdan Mahat said they received an emergency call at about 11am reporting a slope collapse stretching about 60m.
Armdan said the incident affected two cars and several motorcycles, with one vehicle buried.
“The landslide entered the apartment compound,” he said in a statement.
“Following discussions with the Seputeh MP’s office and Kuala Lumpur City Hall engineers, two blocks involving 104 residential units and nearby premises were ordered to evacuate due to ongoing soil movement and heavy rain.”
No casualties were reported, and fire and rescue personnel were monitoring the situation.
Eleven firefighters were deployed to the scene along with a fire engine and a utility vehicle.
