According to a source, opposition leader and Bersatu deputy president Hamzah Zainudin is among those who will be attending the meeting tonight.

- Azman Nasrudin (Padang Serai)
- Suhaimi Abdullah (Langkawi)
- Azahari Hasan (Padang Rengas)

The source said at least three MPs have not indicated whether they will be attending, namely Ikmal Hisham Abdul Aziz (Tanah Merah), Saifuddin Abdullah (Indera Mahkota) and Ali Biju (Saratok).
This dinner comes just two weeks after 19 Bersatu MPs sent a joint letter to Muhyiddin, protesting disciplinary action taken against Tasek Gelugor MP Wan Saiful Wan Jan and Machang MP Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal.
Wan Saiful was sacked from the party by the Bersatu disciplinary board while Wan Fayhsal was suspended. Both have filed appeals.
Bersatu’s disciplinary board had also summoned Saifuddin, a Supreme Council member, and Hamzah.
The former had publicly joined calls for Muhyiddin to step down as Bersatu president.
Separately, a leaked letter has started circulating on social media calling for Hamzah to be removed as opposition leader and Bersatu deputy president.
The letter, which was drafted to be signed off by a Bersatu elected representative or leader, claimed that Hamzah was the “main operator” behind moves that undermined the party leadership.
It also proposed that Radzi take over as the new opposition leader and urged the disciplinary board to fast-track action against Hamzah.
