PETALING JAYA: Four men, aged between 16 and 23, have been arrested in connection with a robbery at the Metro Pudu complex in Kuala Lumpur this week that left a 21-year-old victim injured.
Wangsa Maju police chief Lazim Ismail said the arrests were made in separate locations in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor.
“The victim suffered injuries to his head, face and hands after being slashed with a knife.
“During the incident, the suspects also stole items belonging to the victim’s friend,” he said in a statement, adding that a report was lodged on Nov 5.
Lazim said the suspects have been remanded for seven days from Nov 6.
The case is being investigated for voluntarily causing hurt during a robbery.
